TERMS
By using WebF1 Tools, you agree to use the directory responsibly and at your own discretion.
WebF1 Tools is a free directory that links to browser-based tools from WebF1, LLC, including a QR code generator, business calculators, a CSV converter, and end-to-end encrypted secret sharing. You are responsible for any content you enter into a linked tool and for any decisions you make based on the results.
Do not use these tools to support fraud, illegal activity, or any activity intended to harm others. You may not use the service as input to automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
Tool output is based only on the content you provide and the logic shown on each tool page. Always verify results before using them in a contract, invoice, report, or decision. WebF1, LLC is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect inputs or misapplication of a tool.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Tools run locally in your browser and depend on your device, browser, and runtime environment.
These tools are general-purpose utilities. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or business advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision. For significant decisions, consult a qualified professional.
Most tool inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to WebF1 or stored on a server. Secret Sharing stores an end-to-end encrypted blob on the server, but the server never sees your plaintext or your passphrase. See the privacy page for the full statement.
This directory links to WebF1-owned tools and, where relevant, to other resources. WebF1, LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
WebF1, LLC may change or remove tools at any time without notice. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
